Why work with a health coach?  Working with a coach will provide you with step by step help to reach your goals. I believe there is no one size fits all when it comes to finding your healthy we all have different needs that need to be met.  I take a holistic approach which includes looking at all aspects of your life not just food and exercise to help you reach your goals. 28 day, three month, and six month programs are available.  For best results the sixth month program is recommend to help you establish your new healthy habits.

28 days plan – Get your toes wet.

  • A Breakthrough session to help you set your goal.
  • Introduction to healthy foods, fitness, and balancing it all.
  • Handouts, tips, and tools to help you find your healthy.
  • All delivered to you via email.

3-month program – Discover your radiance.

  • Free initial Breakthrough session to identify your healthy goals.
  • 6  fifty minutes one-on-one sessions with Coach Beth (that’s two a month)
  • Define and refine your healthy goals and receive step by step help to reach your goals.
  • Introduction to healthy foods, fitness, and balancing it all
  • Handouts, tips, and tools to help you find your healthy
  • Weekly email support in between sessions.

6 month program –  Effervesce and glow!

  • Free initial Breakthrough session to identify your healthy goals.
  • Two one on one coaching sessions with Coach Beth each month.
  • Define and refine your healthy goals and receive step by step help to reach your goals.
  • Healthy and whole a one week food cleanse.
  • Handouts, tips, and tools to help you find your healthy
  • Unlimited email support between sessions.
  • Healthy recipes, workout tips and relaxation tips
  • Learn how Primary Nutrition affects your mind, body, and spirit.
  • My unconditional support.
  • One month follow up email.
